done-for-you job search · infrastructure engineers

Best candidates. Stuck in a bad process.

We bring your next role up like an uplink: roles found, CV rebuilt for each one, the recruiter reached by name, follow-ups until there's an answer. You take the interviews.

fibre 1 · the problem

The link is down. Not you.

Most good engineers don't fail interviews. They never get one. Easy Apply sends your CV into a pile of three hundred, nobody follows up, and no recruiter ever hears your name. That's a broken process, and it can be fixed.

fibre 2 · how it runs

Traceroute to your next role.

  1. day 1–7

    Baseline

A 60-minute call on your stack, target roles, salary floor and countries. We rebuild your LinkedIn and write a master CV. You sign off before anything goes out.

  2. day 7–14

    Target list

Remote, EOR and relocation roles in the Gulf, Europe and the US, plus companies hiring quietly. Every role scored for fit before it enters your pipeline.

  3. day 14–90

    Daily pipeline

Every working day: new roles found, a CV tailored for each, the application sent, the recruiter or hiring manager messaged by name, and follow-ups on day 3 and day 7.

  4. from call 1

    Interview prep

Technical mocks for your stack (routing, automation, cloud, Kubernetes), behavioural answers built from your own projects, and how to handle the salary conversation.

  5. every week

    30-minute review

What went out, who replied, what's booked. Every application, contact and reply sits in a tracker you can open any time.

Is your link up?

Six questions. You get a score and the first thing to fix, whether or not you work with us.

Roles you apply to in a normal week
Do you change your CV for each role?
After applying, do you message the recruiter by name?
Do you follow up when nobody answers?
Does your LinkedIn headline name the exact role you want?
Interviews in the last 60 days

A 20-minute call. We look at your profile and tell you honestly whether 90 days will get you there. Or email hello@uplinkcareers.com

fibre 5 · service level

We promise interviews. The offer is yours to win.

counts as an interview

A real conversation

A scheduled call with a recruiter or hiring manager about a specific role, first screens included. Automated tests and forms don't count.

if we breach

Free until you get there

Under five by day 90: we keep running your pipeline at no cost until you reach five, or refund you in full. Your choice.

your side of the link

Thirty minutes a week

A weekly review call, the documents we ask for, and turning up to the interviews we book.

fibre 6 · questions

Before you ask.

How much does it cost?

One fixed fee, paid in two halves: half when we start, half after your first interview. We share it on the call once we know your target.

Remote only?

Remote first. If you'd move for the right role, we add onsite and relocation roles in the Gulf and Europe to the same pipeline.

When can I start?

We take three new people a month. No new starts from 1 June to 31 August, when hiring slows. Summer sign-ups start in September.

Do you send things in my name without asking?

No. You approve the master CV, the LinkedIn rewrite and the message templates in week one. Nothing outside those goes out without you.
